熔(rong)(rong)渣制棉(mian)必(bi)須將這(zhe)兩種(zhong)工(gong)藝的基本(ben)要(yao)求(qiu)適當地結(jie)合(he)起來,充(chong)分(fen)(fen)滿足兩者的要(yao)求(qiu),才(cai)能(neng)獲得(de)既保(bao)證(zheng)旋風(feng)爐的正常(chang)燃燒發電(dian),又能(neng)制得(de)礦(kuang)物(wu)纖維。因此(ci),對煤粉的配(pei)料研究是十(shi)分(fen)(fen)重要(yao)的。為了(le)解決這(zhe)一技術(shu)關鍵(jian),通常(chang)有效的措施是增鈣配(pei)料。增鈣的結(jie)果(guo)使(shi)熱值、揮發分(fen)(fen)、灰熔(rong)(rong)點部降低(di),熔(rong)(rong)渣度系數也降低(di),對排渣和成纖是有利的,但過分(fen)(fen)增高鈣的含(han)量不僅會使(shi)供(gong)熱量減少過多.影響燃燒相發電(dian),而且會使(shi)灰熔(rong)(rong)點升高,不利排渣,不利成纖,因此(ci),有必(bi)要(yao)對所采用的煤種(zhong)進行增鈣試驗與分(fen)(fen)析(xi),以確定臺適的增鈣量。
